  • Yes, we do! We're thrilled to bring Cielo Blu Life to customers around the globe.

3. Where do you ship from?

  • Our products are shipped from our warehouse in US.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • We understand plans may change. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after this time. You can always return your order for a full refund once you receive it.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

6. When will my order be processed?

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the order date and are shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We ship your order in US 1-3 days. International shipments is depands on UPS.

8. What if I don't receive my order?

  • After your order shipped you will recieve a tracking number. Please track from Tracking page and let us know if there is any problem. If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

9. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

  • The prices displayed on our site are tax-free. However, you may be liable for duties and taxes once your order reaches its final destination. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
